Dean Lance's documentary portrait of transgendered punk rock legend Jayne (formerly Wayne) County traces her roots growing up in rural Georgia and eventual "escape" to New York, involvement with early experimental theater, Warhol Superstars, the infamous back room at Max's Kansas City (where she DJ'ed), her role as a pioneer of glitter and glam rock and in the initiation of Punk at CBGB's, through recent live performances where she continues to excite audiences asking the question – both musically and literally: "Are you man enough to be a woman?"
